Professional Biography
Brian was born in Cleveland, OH and grew up in the Columbus suburb of New Albany. He graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from The Ohio State University where he was a member of the Politics, Society, and Law Scholars Program. While at OSU, Brian received the Alberta Garber Scott Fellowship Award in the Department of Sociology for success in academics and research. Thereafter, he worked as a post-graduate researcher at Ohio State, and in real estate development, before attending law school.
Brian graduated cum laude with a Juris Doctorate from the University of Toledo College of Law where he was a member of the Law Review. During law school, Brian had the opportunity to clerk for The Honorable Judge Gene A. Zmuda at both the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, and The Sixth District Court of Appeals for the State of Ohio. Brian was a proud member of the Toledo Handball Club throughout law school.
Brian is thrilled to join a firm with such knowledgeable, skillful, and respected practitioners of law. His current practice focuses on domestic relations, family law, including child custody and divorce, civil litigation, and insurance defense.
